This weekend I got the opportunity to race a Dallara F320 (Super Formula Category) which is one of the most performing Formula 3 race cars. It was the first time for me on the Slovakia Ring and I was able to adapt to the car quickly improving from session to session. In qualifying I secured the second overall starting position for both races. In both races, I had poor starts with wheelspin, loosing some positions but gaining them back in the first few turns already. Securing two second places overall made this weekend unforgettable.

Poor start from P2 with spinning wheels, losing a position off the grid but gaining it back into turn 1. I had a strong but relatively eventless race with no direct wheel-to-wheel battles, crossing the finish line far behind the winner on P2.

Very similar to race 1, I had a slow start with less wheelspin but low rpm losing two positions, but gaining them back on the brakes into turn 1 – similar to race 1. I found a strong rhythm with good lap times and was overly happy to see the checkered flag in second place.
